Closings have been happening through February and March 2026 for those buyers that accepted the earlier closing date.
Closings for all remaining units are expected around September 2026 and buyers should have received their Notice of Possessions - contact Truman if you haven’t.

2 Bed/2 Bath: $1,800–$1,900/mo
2 Bed+Den/2 Bath: $1,850–$1,950/mo
3 Bed+Den/2.5 Bath: $2,800–$3,000/mo
