• Broward Condos: Phase 1: Mar/Apr/May 20226, Phase 2: Sep/Oct/Nov 2026

• Clover Condos: Phase 1: June/Jul/Aug 2026, Phase 2: Jan/Feb/Mar 2027

• Gallery Condos (First & Tenth): Mid 2027

• Huxley Detached & Semis/Duplexes: late 2026

• Imperia Condos: Late 2027

• Lincoln Condos: Late 2027/early 2028

• Orson Condos: Phase 1: May/Jun/Jul 2026, Phase 2: Jan/Feb/Mar 2027
