These are the construction updates as of September 2026 for condo developments by Truman homes in Calgary:
Gallery Condos
Gallery has now reached Level 19, where the building’s rooftop amenity space will be located. Exterior windows are installed up to Level 13, and interior walls are being framed on Level 12. Plumbing, electrical, heating, and ventilation work has reached Level 10, while kitchen cabinets and other built-in finishes are being installed on Level 6
At this time, I expect closing to be in mid-late 2027.
Hazelwood Condos
Hazelwood foundation work has started with digging for forms nearly completed.
At this time, I expect closing to be in very late 2027.
Horizon Condos
Horizon Condos is progressing quickly with digging now complete and foundation work well underway.
At this time, I expect closing to be in very late 2027.
Imperia Condos
Imperia continues to rise, with concrete work now complete on Level 10. Crews are beginning preparations for the Level 11 floor.
Exterior window installation has reached Level 4, while structural work for the glass exterior is nearly complete on the west side of the building and has begun on the north side. Work also continues throughout the underground parkade, including block walls, painting, drainage, plumbing, and fire-sprinkler systems.
At this time, I expect closing to be in very late 2027.
Lincoln Condos
Construction continues below ground at Lincoln. A major section of the first underground parking level on the west side is now complete, along with the supporting walls and columns leading up to the main floor. On the east side, another section of the underground parkade was poured this month, and crews are now building the walls and columns for the level above.
At this time, I expect closing to be in very late 2027 or early 2028.
Violette Condos
Construction is now underway at Violette, with excavation beginning across the site. The 490-unit development will feature four wood-frame buildings, and this first phase of site work marks an exciting milestone as the project begins to take shape.
At this time, I expect closing to be in late 2027.
