Clover reached an exciting milestone this month, receiving approval for residents to begin moving into Building 3 just 15 months after construction began.
Show suites are now ready in Buildings 2 and 3, offering the first look inside the new homes. The coworking space for Buildings 3 and 4 is also nearing completion, and landscaping throughout the development is almost finished.

Gallery has now reached Level 19, where the building’s rooftop amenity space will be located. Exterior windows are installed up to Level 13, and interior walls are being framed on Level 12. Plumbing, electrical, heating, and ventilation work has reached Level 10, while kitchen cabinets and other built-in finishes are being installed on Level 6
At this time, I expect closing to be in mid-late 2027.

Land preparation work is complete and Foundation work has started, with digging for forms nearly completed.

Huxley Phase 1 is progressing through Stages 4 to 6 – Finishing, Inspection, and Occupancy. Final interior work and quality checks are underway, while homeowners have started taking possession of completed homes.
Imperia Condos
Location: 11 Ave S.W. & 4th St S.W. (Downtown Calgary)
Estimated Closing: Very Late 2027 to Early 2028

Imperia continues to rise, with concrete work now complete on Level 10. Crews are beginning preparations for the Level 11 floor.
Exterior window installation has reached Level 4, while structural work for the glass exterior is nearly complete on the west side of the building and has begun on the north side. Work also continues throughout the underground parkade, including block walls, painting, drainage, plumbing, and fire-sprinkler systems.
Lincoln Condos
Location: 11 Ave S.W. & 2 St S.W. (Downtown Calgary)
Estimated Closing: Very Late 2027 to Early 2028

Construction continues below ground at Lincoln. A major section of the first underground parking level on the west side is now complete, along with the supporting walls and columns leading up to the main floor.
On the east side, another section of the underground parkade was poured this month, and crews are now building the walls and columns for the level above. The first section of the main floor is expected to be poured by mid-September, followed by the second section near the end of October.
Violette Condos
Location: Yorkville Gate S.W. & Sherriff King St S.W. (SW Calgary)
Estimated Closing: Late 2027

Construction is now underway at Violette, with excavation beginning across the site. The 490-unit development will feature four wood-frame buildings, and this first phase of site work marks an exciting milestone as the project begins to take shape.
