People often ask my why I'm so bullish on Calgary and here is a perfect example - BIG business are pouring money into Calgary like Amazon who has tripled down on Calgary!
1) Amazon already has a fulfilment centre in Calgary that services a lot of Western Canada.
2) Amazon is currently building a new Web Services computing hub in Calgary, only the second of its kind in Canada
3) Amazon just open a new fulfilment centre in Calgary that will specialize in heavy and bulky products - the first of its kind in Canada!

The new Amazon AMXL heavy and bulky products fulfilment centre opened on June 25, 2023 and is located in SE Calgary at 9705 68 St SE in Calgary (see map below). It was code named “YYC6 Project Violin during it’s construction.
