13) Condo Fees
Maintenance Fees
Every condo in Calgary has a monthly maintenance fee that is used to cover the management costs and upkeep of the building. These fees are determined by the condo board (that is made up of owners in the building) on an annual basis, based on expenses and a reserve fund study.
You will receive a form from the condo management company or your lawyer to set up pre-authorized payments to automatically withdraw condo fees on the first of each month.
Condo fees are the responsibility of the landlord.
