15) Closing Paperwork
Signing Originals
Paperwork is signed remotely and your lawyer will schedule an appointment with you 1-2 weeks before your closing to witness you signing via Zoom.
You will need to print the paperwork (which is a few hundred pages) and sign documents in triplicate, so make sure you have access to a printer.
Signed copies with “wet signatures” must be couriered back to the lawyer - use a courier like UPS, FedEx or DHL and select the fastest service available.
